Qualifications

• Complete gate agent training course
• Able to lift 70 pounds
• Willing to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays
• Employment contingent on valid driver’s license, clean driving record, 10-year background check and drug screen
• Proof of high school or GED completion

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team
