Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a capable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise personnel, and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance. The role requires hands-on leadership, independent problem solving, and strong safety practices to minimize downtime and repair costs.

You will lead a team, schedule work, perform hands-on tasks when needed, and ensure all activities meet company standards. Availability for overtime may be required in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of experience in building, facility, industrial, or general maintenance with supervisory or lead experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating work.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities of staff.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, long-term).
• Schedule and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Monitor supplies and communicate purchasing needs to management.
• Train and coach maintenance staff on procedures and safety.
