Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead housekeeping and facilities teams in daily operations, ensuring reliable 24-hour uptime for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting systems. The role also involves coordinating vendors and planning preventative maintenance to support production lines.

The ideal candidate will oversee subcontractors, drive safety and efficiency, and collaborate with management on growth requirements for facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 5 years of experience in carpentry, basic electricity, plumbing, HVAC, welding, rigging and metalworking.
• Equivalent previous work experience directly related to this position is not a requirement but is highly desirable.
• Must have reliable independent transportation as daily travel between multiple facilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping and facilities maintenance teams towards maintaining world class 24 hour facilities.
• Manage all infrastructure equipment to provide 100% uptime and support production lines as requested.
• Oversee third-party contractor support as needed, including hiring out items to be fabricated.
• Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance Program for applicable facility equipment and perform regular plant walk-throughs.
• Identify and address facilities improvement opportunities with Housekeeping and Facilities Maintenance teams.
