Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Beckley, WV seeks a Unit General Manager I for F&B to lead airport operations, drive premium service, manage client relationships, and align with company culture and financial goals.

You will mentor the management team, oversee shift operations, ensure food safety and liquor regulations where applicable, and develop training to deliver consistent, best-in-class service across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience is needed.
• Basic communication and organization skills are essential.
• Ability to manage shifts and staff across varied schedules.
• Knowledge of inventory, food costs, and labor costs is preferred.
• Must work well with a diverse workforce and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all airport operations activities to achieve objectives.
• Direct and mentor the management team for operational excellence.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements on shifts.
• Manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly per policy.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and reporting.
• Forecast labor and schedule staff per business needs.
• Support on-the-job training for new team members.
