Responsibilities

• Oversees opening/closing procedures and ensures checklist completion.
• Deploys staff and resources to maximize profitability while maintaining P&L responsibility.
• Creates schedules and ensures all shifts are covered.
• Hires, terminates, and advances restaurant associates.
• Provides coaching, support, and recognition to drive engagement.
• Conducts onboarding/offboarding, training, and performance management.
• Implements diversity hiring practices and equitable scheduling across demographics.
