Job summary

Hudson Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Shift Manager I at DFW International Airport. The hourly rate ranges from $21.11 to $23.74 with a quarterly bonus, and you will lead quick service locations with up to $5M in sales, ensuring excellent guest experiences while hitting profitability targets.

You will manage openings, staffing, ordering, and inventory, while upholding brand standards, safety, and compliance. On-site role with rotating schedules and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B leadership or operations.
• 3+ years leading a professional team in F&B.
• Experience managing P&L and restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and open/close procedures.
• Schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered.
• Maintain P&L accountability and profitability targets.
• Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and compliance policies.
• Provide coaching and recognition to drive engagement.
