Job summary

City of Houston's HAS seeks a Senior Airport Services Representative to deliver a five-star passenger experience by inspecting facilities and guiding guests through the airport. The position requires mentoring staff, managing common areas, addressing irregular operations, and providing VIP support while upholding safety, regulatory standards, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience.
• One year of airport environment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/aviation/business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team members to meet organizational goals.
• Oversee common use areas and conduct facility inspections for quality.
• Inspect, report and schedule facility irregularities to ensure opening day readiness.
• Support airport stakeholders during irregular operations and emergencies.
• Escort dignitaries and VIPs to/from passenger curb to departure gate.
• Ensure all aspects of customer experience and compliance with leases and policies.
