Strong customer service experience and a valid license are required. Compensation starts at $14.00/hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential, bringing weekend wages to $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer refueling option to Emerald Aisle members.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding area for a neat, orderly image.
• Stock the Booth with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Greet customers, maintain eye contact, and thank customers at checkout.
• Assist customers with directions and area information; resolve service issues.
• Perform other service-related duties to meet customer needs.
