Job summary

National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a seasonal 180-day assignment at Kenner, LA (New Orleans International Airport). You will drive sales, process rentals, verify vehicle details, and assist Emerald Aisle customers in a fast-paced exit booth environment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, 18+ eligibility, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record within the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain a neat Exit Booth and surrounding area.
• Keep booth stocked with supplies for customers.
• Provide courteous, attentive service at the exit booth.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve issues.
• Perform other customer service duties to meet service levels.
