Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a seasonal 180‑day role at 600 Rental Blvd, Kenner, LA (New Orleans International Airport). The position offers two daily schedules: morning and evening shifts, with a $2.00/hour weekend differential on top of base pay.

You will greet customers, handle rental documents, and assist with the Emerald Aisle program where applicable. The starting pay is $16.00 per hour with weekend differential raising weekend pay to $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year minimum of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Must be able to work mornings or evenings as scheduled.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them with rental needs by brand.
• Assist with rental and return processes and verify agreements.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Explain rates and service charges and ensure accurate rental docs.
