CVG Airport - Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport seeks a Communications Dispatcher to handle 911 and non-emergency calls, dispatch police, fire, operations, and maintenance resources. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced airport environment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The incumbent will monitor NCIC/LINK, disseminate emergency information, manage access control and CCTV, and support weather-related communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required; candidate must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Answer 911 and non-emergency calls and dispatch resources.
• Monitor NCIC/LINK data and disseminate information.
• Operate teletype and mass notification systems.
• Oversee access control and CCTV for secure areas.
• Dispatch maintenance and coordinate with KCAB departments.
• Maintain situational awareness of airfield operations and weather.
