Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Experience with 911/telecommunications is a plus.
• Must maintain NCIC/LINK certifications.
• DOCJT Basic Telecommunications Course for new recruits.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch resources via CAD.
• Monitor NCIC/LINK information and Mass Notification System.
• Manage access control and CCTV for secure areas.
• Coordinate with IC, PIC or ADM during large events.
• Maintain situational awareness of airport operations.
