• Handle all ticketing and check-in tasks using a computerized system, including boarding and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs and gate-checked items are prepared for loading.
• Enforce safety and company policies, promote equal opportunity.
