Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the station’s customer service team and oversee daily operations, ensuring on-time performance and high-quality service. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong organizational and multitasking skills.

The position emphasizes coaching staff, enforcing policies, managing reports, and coordinating with management to meet service standards across the station.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff.
• Able to defuse conflicts among team members.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience with internal controls processes for accountable items.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Correct non-compliant behavior and impose disciplinary action as required.
• Understand policies and goals and implement into daily routines.
• Manage department operational activities per policies and procedures.
• Manage staff with varied duties.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Maximize operational performance by adapting to changes and solving problems.
• Supervise and monitor staff to ensure on-time performance and quality service.
• Drive motorized equipment.
• Provide coverage when employee absence affects operations.
