Qualifikationen

• FAA background checks for SIDA where applicable.

• Greet clients at the ticket counter or location.
• Monitor the ticket counter for safety compliance.
• Assist customers with self‑service kiosks (luggage, boarding passes, receipts).
• Service kiosks (loading paper, cleaning surfaces).
• Troubleshoot kiosk issues or file discrepancies.
• Coordinate with IT on kiosk tech problems.
• Verify checked bag compliance with FAA/American policies.
• Check travel documents using Timatic at kiosks.
• Process checked baggage including payments and tagging.
• Organize lines at counters by departure times or service needs.
• Activate self‑tagged bags at activation station.
• Transport baggage within the ticket counter area.
• Assist customers with sporting equipment or oversized items.
• Refer customers to agents when needed.
• Clear and verify files at kiosks.
• Assist non‑ambulatory customers during boarding/deplaning.
• Help unaccompanied minors with boarding/deplaning.
• Provide gate information and directions.
• Announce forgotten items or bag alerts over PA system.
• Take on additional duties as required by operations.
