Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proper grammar, tone and pronunciation.
• Computer skills with entry-level PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with ticketing and luggage check-in.
• Use a PC to sell, print and reissue tickets.
• Verify passengers’ documentation through the ICAO front-check process.
• Tag bags and handle lifting duties, moving bags from scales to conveyor belts; lift baggage up to 70kg on occasion.
• Ensure strict adherence to uniform, professionalism and a positive mindset.
• Operate boarding procedures and help customers with seat assignments, gate boarding, flight-information, luggage handling and boarding system.
• Practice safety-conscious behaviours in all operational techniques and procedures.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
• Work continuously in public areas and respond to increasing numbers of questions regarding travel facts.
• Be available for a hard‑and‑fast or rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
