Envoy Air Inc. is hiring for an entry-level Customer Service Agent at Monterey Peninsula Airport. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing and help them navigate their travel plans.

The role offers paid on-the-job training and opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules. You will interact with customers using reservation software, handle baggage, and must be able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilités

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist with loading, unloading and sorting baggage to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and on shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
