Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent to be the frontline representative at OGG Airport. You will greet guests, check in passengers, manage luggage, and handle reservation changes while supporting ramp operations and safety protocols.

You will work in a 24/7 environment, requiring strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage a fast-paced service flow with care for passengers and aircraft safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Professional in appearance and manner.
• Ability to learn and communicate the terms of the Contract of Carriage.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, handle luggage, and assist with reservations.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times and procedures.
• Process credit card payments and manage ramp duties.
• Direct aircraft parking and dispatch on the ramp.
• Tow aircraft to parking positions after training.
