Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent to serve as the front-line representative at our airport stations. You will greet passengers, check in, assist with luggage, make reservations and guide travelers through boarding and seating procedures while ensuring safety and compliance with FAA and airline rules.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to learn reservation and phone systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Professional in appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in passengers; handling luggage and boarding procedures.
• Create and modify reservations; process credit card payments.
• Direct aircraft parking and dispatch on the ramp; assist with loading/unloading.
