Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Agent at EUG Airport. You will greet passengers, answer inquiries, assist with check-in and boarding, and coordinate with ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience.

This role requires English communication, at least one year of customer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The job is on-site at the airport with a pay rate of $17 per hour, and benefits are available according to

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to access and interpret information on electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable).
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays (airlines operate 24/7).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Make announcements and inform passengers about changes and times.
• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services.
