Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at CMH Airport in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on welcoming passengers, assisting with inquiries, and supporting check-in and boarding while adhering to airline policies and safety regulations.

You will collaborate with airport departments to deliver a seamless passenger experience and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work part-time on-site at CMH Airport.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets and other devices.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority credentials as applicable.
• Airlines are 24/7, so shifts can include nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services.
• Handle passenger check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and boarding times.
• Coordinate with security and ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
