United Ground Express, Inc. at BUF Buffalo Niagara International Airport is hiring a Passenger Services Associate. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing, rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and help ensure on-time flight operations.

Responsibilities include using reservation software, handling baggage questions, and maintaining clear communication with crew and customers. You must be 18+, able to lift 70 lbs, and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain airport credentials.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and perform various physical activities.

Responsabilités

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and flights depart on time.
• Resolve passenger issues per company policies during flight interruptions.
• Assist with baggage questions in the Baggage Service Office and read baggage tags.
• Maintain composure while managing customer challenges.
