Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is hiring a Parking Guest Ambassador in Coraopolis, PA. Join a busy team to direct parking flow, assist guests and enforce rules while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work 12pm–12am on weekends with outdoor duties and frequent interactions with guests. Prior experience in customer service and dispatching is preferred; ability to operate radios and basic systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in dispatching, customer service or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and radio communications.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to available spaces using clear hand signals.
• Monitor lots to maximize space and prevent congestion.
• Enforce time limits and parking rules.
• Assist guests with questions and issues (lost tickets, etc.).
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
