Enterprise Mobility at Dulles Airport (IAD) seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr to deliver superior customer service for internal and external clients, assisting in person and by phone to meet rental needs. The role includes processing returns, handling check-ins, and guiding customers through terms and options at the airport location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management.
• Must have a valid US drivers license.
• Able to perform physical aspects of the job outdoors and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, and provide information and resolution.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and provide directions as needed.
• Assist to assess rental condition upon return and process returns and check-ins at exit kiosks.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available add-ons; escalate issues as needed.
