Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide outstanding service to customers and guests.
• Answer calls to provide information, resolve problems, or assist as needed.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, and baggage service.
• Communicate with customers about delays or changes and re-accommodate per policy.
• Provide accurate fare, schedule, gate, and flight information.
