Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Shreveport Airport location to greet customers, verify driver information, and process rentals efficiently.

You will explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available protection products while helping customers with directions and local information. Join a team committed to service quality and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Use company-approved sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolutions with customers, other branches, and vendors.
• Maintain a regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
