Job summary

Paycom seeks a customer-focused Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers in a busy airport setting, handling check-ins, ticketing, baggage processing and intra-terminal guidance. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and courteous service across all interactions.

The role demands physical endurance, shift flexibility (including nights and weekends), and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid Driver's license.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather and airport conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers.
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, issue tickets, check baggage, collect excess baggage charges.
• Arrange for reservations, standby, luggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers between terminals and aircraft.
• Perform loading/unloading of cargo and transport between terminals and aircraft.
