Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent to provide courteous, efficient service to travelers, handle ticketing, baggage, and passenger needs, and support cargo operations at the airport.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work varied shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and compliance with security and safety procedures. You will operate in an on-site airport environment and interact with passengers and crew daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers.
• Complete passenger arrangements: itineraries, tickets, refunds, baggage handling and excess charges.
• Assist passengers with reservations, standbys, luggage, cabin availability, and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers through the terminal to/from aircraft, ensuring a safe path.
• Load and unload cargo, transport between terminals, and perform ground operations as needed.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and support safety-related tasks.
