Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of agents and provide passenger services for arrivals, check-in, ticketing and baggage handling at RDU. The role is part-time, non-exempt, with AM/PM shifts and rotating schedules.

The position offers hourly pay, benefits after eligibility, and opportunities for flight privileges after 30 days, along with weekly pay for hourly staff and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport, state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via computerized system; manage reservations and baggage.
