Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Philadelphia International Airport is hiring a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The role drives friendly, efficient transactions, communicates rental terms and vehicle options, and supports the rental process with documentation and service excellence.

The position is located at 1 Arrival Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153, with a starting pay of $17.42 per hour and potential monthly commission bonuses up to $1,100.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of retail customer service experience OR Associates Degree with at least 6 months of retail customer service experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Philadelphia International Airport.
• Must be able to work the schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 PM - 12 AM.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms and vehicle options.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, and add-ons.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; communicate with customers, branches, and vendors.
• Coordinate callbacks and miscellaneous calls.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and report problems.
