Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking service‑minded individuals to join our team in Charlottesville to support passenger arrivals, ticketing, check‑in, and related inquiries. You will help ensure smooth travel experiences, including assistance for passengers with special needs, while adhering to safety and operational standards.

The role offers paid training, full‑time hours (minimum 30 hours/week for full‑time), benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and check-in processes, including special needs support.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp staff to provide wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Complete tasks safely and report incidents or hazards per policy.
