Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at Providence, RI. You will assist guests curbside, check in luggage, and issue boarding passes while delivering high levels of service in outdoor conditions.

The role requires early morning shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and airline compliance training. Benefits include tips with hourly pay $12–$17 and access to benefits via SP+.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Work at a busy Airport curbside location assisting guests by checking their luggage and issuing boarding passes.
• Greet guests warmly, verify flight itineraries and bag counts, and input guest information.
• Process check-in, charge for bags per airline requirements, and weigh luggage.
• Tag luggage, provide boarding passes and receipts, and secure luggage after processing.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, professional manner and handle payments as needed.
• Answer telephones and guest questions; manage simple additions as required.
