Job summary

United Ground Express, Inc. is hiring for an airport Customer Service Agent in Colorado. You will greet passengers, assist at check-in, rebook itineraries, and issue boarding passes to ensure on-time departures.

Responsibilities include handling baggage, using reservation software, and communicating with flight crews by radio. You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and comply with FAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain credentials including fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Pre-employment requirements may include drug screen, hearing and vision checks.
• Available to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and move baggage.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and perform check-in and ticketing tasks.
