Ideal candidates will read and interpret construction documents, manage schedules and estimates, and support procurement, reporting, and closeout tasks for project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Construction experience on airport projects is essential.
• Must read and interpret construction documents and schedules; estimating aptitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Director, Sr. Construction Manager to meet quality standards and schedule.
• Maintain information flow and document controls.
• Build relationships with client and team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including management, consultants, and vendors.
• Assist with procurement, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Prepare meeting minutes and site tour coordination.
• Review drawings/specifications for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Assist with change control and preparation of proposals.
