Job summary

Rohadfox Construction Control Services in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Construction Administrator to support the capital infrastructure program at Charlotte Douglas Airport by monitoring scope, budget and schedule during construction.

The role requires strong MS Office skills and experience with Trimble Unity Construct or similar PM software, plus analytical and communication abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Trimble Unity Construct or similar PM software.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves contractor weekly and monthly project control reports, including safety, environment, QC non-conformance, procurement logs, look-ahead schedules, and change logs.
• Reviews and approves contract monthly pay applications; verifies quantities, supporting documentation, and liens.
• Develops and maintains potential change logs.
• Supports Change Order processes and procurement/changes management.
• Updates contract cash flow monthly in the program cash flow model.
• Tracks contract actuals and variances; monitors encumbrances.
• Coordinates GIS Construction Phasing Dashboard accuracy for construction packages.
• Prepares reports and dashboards for project controls metrics; analyzes data for client presentations.
• Assists in identifying project risks and supports mitigation planning.
• Ensures compliance with Owner Project Controls processes and PMIS usage.
• Attends weekly Contractor, Engineer, and Owner construction progress meetings.
