Surf Air Mobility is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent at HNL to warmly greet guests, check them in, and manage reservations and luggage. You will assist with loading/unloading, provide scheduling information, and process payments while adhering to FAA and airport rules.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with a PC; able to learn reservation and phone systems.
• Basic math abilities.
• Able to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests; assist with boarding and seating arrangements.
• Handle luggage and assist with loading/unloading; manage ramp duties.
• Create and modify reservations; assist with re-bookings.
• Provide arrival/departure information; communicate schedules and procedures.
• Process credit card payments and handle transactions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Report any safety or security concerns to management.
• This role does not supervise others.
