Job summary

American Airlines Inc. is seeking a Coordinator for Airport Customer Experience Compliance at Charlotte (CLT). The role ensures stations meet all local, federal, and corporate mandates and requires meticulous record-keeping and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will interface with regulators and internal experts to address any discrepancies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, leadership coaching experience, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Leadership with practical coaching experience.
• Ability to work varying hours and shifts to meet business requirements and workload demand.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Customer service experience.
• Applicable valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
• Ability to fulfill FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stations meet Local, Federal, and Corporate mandates and directives.
• Maintain detailed records and present discrepancies to station leadership or headquarters.
• Investigate irregularities and interface with regulatory agencies and internal SMEs.
• Oversee Dangerous Goods, Hazardous waste storage and handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT, and FDA regulations.
• Review Internal Control standards to safeguard assets and keep the station financially fit.
• Conduct effective compliance reviews and resolve areas of concern.
• Coordinate GSE and Facility preventative maintenance.
• Interact with AA leadership and external regulatory agencies.
