Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking Central Plant Operators (Building Tech II/III) for day shift at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree in related field preferred.
• Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of central plant or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned maintenance, repairs, modifications and general facility maintenance tasks.
• Mentors and trains fellow Building Technicians as needed.
• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
• Troubleshoots building infrastructures.
• Observes and complies with all company safety policies.
• Completes required paperwork timely and accurately.
• Uses standard tools and keeps areas clean and organized.
• Contributes to team goals and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
