Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a skilled BAS Operator to join our team at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

This role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and system optimization of building automation and related infrastructure in a high-demand airport environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of BAS operator experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and preferably a technical degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years BAS operator experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned maintenance, repairs, and general facility tasks.
• Completes major repairs and in-depth maintenance as assigned.
• Mentors fellow Building Technicians and shares knowledge.
• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
• Troubleshoots building infrastructure and systems.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with technicians to maintain building systems.
• Completes paperwork accurately and on time.
• Uses standard tools and equipment without need for recalibration.
• Works toward facility team goals and continuous improvements.
