Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience or training in the operation or maintenance of large stationary engines or mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple chillers and cooling towers, monitor/adjust set points for peak operating efficiency.
• Perform rounds across Capitol Complex buildings ensuring HVAC, boilers, and fire protection systems function correctly.
• Process work orders and assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs to mechanical equipment.
• Maintain an operations log with detailed notes on conditions and malfunctions.
