Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain required airport and security clearances.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation to support flight schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, operations teams, and airline personnel.
• Maintain real-time communication to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings with updates, safety expectations and priorities.
• Review prior shift communications and address outstanding issues.
• Track attendance, late arrivals, and absences.
• Update flight schedules and gate assignments in tracking systems.
• Complete logs and reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure driver compliance with schedules and breaks.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment to meet operational demands.
• Report disruptions to leadership and airline partners in real time.
• Maintain required documentation and compliance records.
• Support cross-functional operations, including warehouse tasks.
• Monitor equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Promote a safe, efficient, compliant work environment.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
