Job summary

PMA Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field activities for a cargo facility relocation project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). You will oversee day-to-day construction, coordinate contractors, ensure safety and quality, and manage field progress around active cargo operations.

The role requires strong field leadership, the ability to work in a complex operational environment, and experience with aviation or similar capital projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience on complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner-side field leadership for construction activities.
• Oversee contractor coordination, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Manage field documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, and closeout requirements.
• Maintain coordination with airport stakeholders and project team.
