PMA Consultants is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead owner-side field activities for a cargo facility relocation at San Francisco International Airport. You will supervise contractor coordination, field progress, safety, quality, and schedule in a live airport environment, coordinating around ongoing cargo and airport operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience on complex facilities.
• Experience managing field activities in aviation/operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, inspections, and document control.
• Experience coordinating shutdowns and phased construction.
• Prior SFO or airline owner-representative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner-side field leadership for cargo facility relocation at SFO.
• Oversee day-to-day contractor activities and field progress.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance in an active airport.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications in the field.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, punch-list, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain coordination with contractors, consultants, and airport stakeholders.
• Review field changes for scope and schedule impacts.
• Demonstrate independent management of multiple workstreams.
