Job summary

PMA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide owner-side field leadership for a cargo facility relocation project at San Francisco International Airport. This role will oversee contractor coordination, field progress, safety, quality, and schedule performance in an active airport environment.

Final placement will reflect the candidate’s experience and alignment with project needs, with responsibility for turnover, closeout, and ongoing field planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Field leadership experience in active airport or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional certification (PE, CCM, PMP) preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple workstreams and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner-side field leadership for cargo facility relocation at SFO.
• Oversee daily construction activities, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate contractor activities, RFIs, submittals, and turnover.
