Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is hiring a Return Agent at CMH Airport to provide friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing charges, and guiding them to the airport terminal. This role supports a fast-paced car rental environment with emphasis on accuracy and courtesy.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. The schedule includes evenings and weekends. Benefits include PTO, insurance options, and 401k with matching profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in the vehicle and log with unit number, date and time.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide accurate receipt.
• Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicle for damage on arrival and direct to counter for damage/loss report.
• Determine if vehicle is returned with a full gas tank.
• Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage.
• Identify vehicles on hold and verify movement to proper lot location.
• Identify and tag vehicles flagged for grounding or maintenance.
• Keep lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
• Aim to improve performance through self-assessment and training.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
