The GM will oversee all restaurant activities, ensure exceptional guest service, drive financial performance, and supervise team development in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and a proven track record in multi-unit operations.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ethical management practices.

Responsabilités

• Set objectives and targets for staff and manage schedules.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop staff and managers.
• Oversee beverage and food presentation to meet standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities.
• Maintain cash controls and daily fiscal management.
