Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of our busy airport locations inside Denver, CO. You will oversee guest service, daily operations, budgeting, and financial reporting to drive growth while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The GM will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance development, collaborate with marketing, and ensure adherence to company policies. Airport environment; fast-paced, guest-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Upholds Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and targets for staff.
• Prepare and approve staff schedules.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and training of staff and managers.
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff.
• Communicate policy, standards, and procedures to staff.
• Oversee beverage and dish presentation to meet standards.
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle concerns.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and cash management procedures.
• Manage daily fiscal activities and inventory control.
