Open availability, 1–2 years of bartending experience, and the ability to obtain TIPS and ServeSafe certifications within specified timelines are required. This role involves lifting, standing, and contributing to a team that thrives in a high-volume

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience and ability to prepare cocktails
• Fluent and fully conversational English
• Must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
• Must obtain ServeSafe certification within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction following OTG steps of service
• Guide guests through the menu, highlight items, and accommodate dietary needs
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain high-volume accuracy and pace
• Collaborate with team to keep the dining floor running smoothly
• Handle orders, payments, and tasks with a positive attitude and adhere to cash handling policies
• Create an inviting atmosphere where guests want to return
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-volume flow
• Prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
• Assist with moving and installing beer kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
• Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure timely delivery of food to guests
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations and keep bar areas clean
• Participate in training and team meetings as required
• Inform leadership of inventory or equipment issues
• Notify MOD of guest feedback or intoxication signs
• Complete additional tasks as requested by OTG leadership
