Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years of bartending experience, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. TIPS and ServeSafe certifications are required within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior Bartending experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume service.
• Knowledge of beer, liquor, wine basics.
• Willingness to obtain TIPS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction.
• Guide guests through menu items and dietary needs.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage multiple tasks calmly.
• Coordinate with team to keep service smooth and efficient.
• Handle orders and payments with accuracy and adhere to policies.

• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Report inventory and equipment issues to leadership.
• Notify Manager on Duty of guest feedback or concerns.
