Job summary

OTG Management, Inc. is seeking a Bartender for our MSP location. You will deliver warm hospitality, guide guests through the menu, and prepare drinks with precision in a fast-paced airport setting.

Successful candidates have 1–2 years of bartending experience, are fluent in English, and will obtain TIPS and ServeSafe certifications within specified timelines. Expect active shifts with varying mornings, nights, and weekends, in a dynamic team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior bartending experience and ability to prepare cocktails.
• Familiarity with basic beer, liquor, and wine, and helping guests discover drinks.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; must obtain TIPS and ServeSafe certifications within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality following OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures.
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and accommodate dietary needs.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage high-volume service with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team to keep the dining floor running smoothly and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Handle orders, payments, and follow OTG cash handling policies.
• Prepare drinks per OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with moving kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda guns when required.
• Maintain bar safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
